Our Payments and Delivery Requirements

1. DELIVERY
Deliveries will only occur under our terms. Partial deliveries are up to our discretion. With the acceptance of the order no delivery is promised. All offers are subject to changes. Depending on manufacturers supply all items are not always immediately available. For packages delivered within Germany the charge is 5,50€uro. For cash on delivery ( COD ) we charge 9,95€uro plus the post office will collect additional fees. Foreign deliveries are only made on a prepaid basis. Postage for these deliveries actual costs and are added to the final invoice.

2. PAYMENTS
First time orders are only possible with COD (cash on delivery) or prepayment. Subsequently a purchase is possible against an active account. Payment is due within 8 days of the date on the invoice. Foreign payment shall be free of charges to us. The ruling authority for these demands is the AMTSGERICHT (court) Wuppertal. The articles remain the property of MATSCHKE until full payment is received.

3. PRICES
All prices are in Euro with value added tax included, at 19%. Mistakes or price changes are at our discretion.

4. COMPLAINTS
Should you have a complaint regarding a return please call us or send us an E-mail. Packages that are sent to us COD will not be accepted.

5. GUARANTEE & LIABILITY
In case of shortages the purchaser can request a reduction or change of the invoice. Any deficiency of the merchandise should be reported within 30 days of receipt. We except no responsibility for damages caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. No claims for damages and replacement can be made because of delay (non fulfillment ) or mishandling of merchandise, unless the Customer can prove the damage was caused by negligent and deliberate action of the seller. In any case we shall only be liable for that which was foreseeable, considering the circumstances.

6. CANCELLATIONS (only for Europe)
You may cancel your order within 14 days in writing or E-mail us. If you already received the merchandise please return it to us, we will assume the postage for merchandise exceeding 40,--€uro. Please get in touch with us before sending the merchandise.
